St Louise’s Specialist College &
Victoria College

A group of 30 GCSE Drama students will take shared 1 hour fortnightly classes on the Victoria site and explore a unit of work explicitly focused on the theme of reconciliation in year 1 and the proposal is for this activity to extend in subsequent years. Project activity will be supported by a two day residential where pupils will have the opportunity to work together with a professional theatre practitioner and the development of VLEs (virtual learning environments) to maintain engagement outside of contact classes.

The programme will develop over the three years by increasing the number of pupils and staff involved.  At the end of each of the three years the original drama which they will have created together will be presented in both schools to fellow students and parents.
